At TheWeekly.Design, we offer a 14-day design subscription with unlimited requests (one at a time) and a 48-hour turnaround per task. Our pricing model ensures that we allocate dedicated time and resources to every client.
No Refunds Policy
Once a client subscribes and makes a payment, the fee is non-refundable, as our service is time-based and begins immediately upon payment.
Accidental Payments
If a payment was made by mistake and no design requests have been submitted, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund in such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction at [your email] with your payment details.
Subscription Cancellation
Clients can pause or cancel their subscription anytime, but cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days within an active subscription period.
